In order to combat premature battery failure in the beacon caused by corrosion, a pressure switch cover has been developed to sheild the end of the beacon switch. This simple cover protects the switch and only allows water through to activate it, when submerged to at least seven feet of water. If you have the first generation of beacons a switch at both ends, then the cover only need be fitted to the positve end. Everything you need to fit it is included in the kit.
This kit is needed to complete HVR SB010, which a copy can be supplied upon request.
