In January 2009 changes were made in the IATA dangerous goods regulations regarding the amount of Lithium content allowed before an item is considered as Dangerous for air transport.
Luckily all the Beacons currently offered from stock by Glendale International are safe for air transport as long as they are packed properly, See the link below for further details.
